5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant DodoReaper a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service and for promotion of the Service.
You are solely responsible for what you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
ARK: Survival Evolved, ARK: Survival Ascended, all related trademarks and game assets are the property of Studio Wildcard. DodoReaper is an independent fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Studio Wildcard.
All original DodoReaper content (UI, code, written guides authored by us) is © DodoReaper.
7. DMCA / copyright
If you believe content on DodoReaper infringes your copyright, send a notice via the contact page including: identification of the work, the infringing URL, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and your signature.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the community, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of game data, third-party server listings, mod information, or community content. Use at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DodoReaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
